Finally got out « Thread Started on Nov 2, 2009, 8:43pm »
Well, finally got out to my lease for a hunt yesterday evening. Its the first time I have been to the property. Went with my friend Shane, who made the hybrid longbows we were using. Didnt get any, but spotted 2 does from 200yds, and got within 50yds of them before my arrow in my quiver hooked a twig and made a loud noise. Great start to my season, cant wait to go again!!

Your kid in a ground blind is the best idea My son would play with his compact video game during the afternoon. It kept him quite and far from being bored. That worked very very well
